Weddings
The hotel offers wedding receptions, fundraisers and cocktail parties with its own catering and banquet team. Guests can receive group-rate discounts on rooms through a booking code requested by the couple. The hotel mentions newly renovated guest rooms and access to the pool, gym, casino and restaurants for wedding guests.

Christmas parties
For the 2026 season, the hotel advertises all-inclusive Christmas party packages for 180 to 500 guests: catering with buffet or plated options, festive décor, linens, AV set-up and staff. It points to its 188 rooms and discounted group rates for guests who would rather not drive home, and to complimentary parking. Contact: sales@dfic.ca.
Kids pool parties
Saturdays and Sundays: one hour in the waterpark, followed by kids meals and a birthday cake in the Mohave Grill. Published at $29.95 per person on 31 October 2026, maximum 25 people, booked on (403) 723 4043.
Bus tours
The hotel runs bus tours for groups of up to 50, aimed at the 55+ community, with lunch specials in the Wild Horse Pub on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These are day visits rather than overnight stays.
