The hotel states that the room offers are prepaid and non-refundable, with flexible dates inside the travel window, blackout dates, and subject to availability. Read those words twice before buying a non-refundable night for a winter road trip.
Conditions that apply across packages
- A major credit card is required for the hotel deposit at check-in, for all guests.
- Cash, debit and Visa Debit are not accepted for the deposit.
- Packages require 24 hours' cancellation notice to avoid a penalty.
- Rates vary by package and date of stay.
Loyalty program
Stays earn stamps in the hotel's free Loyalty Rewards program, joined at the front desk. Listed rewards include room upgrades, $25 gift cards and free stays. The number of stamps per reward is not published.
