Terms of use

Using this site means accepting these terms. They are short because the site does two things only: it publishes a guide to one hotel, and it passes room requests to a desk that answers by email.

1. Who we are

deerfoottrailstays.com is an independent guide to Deerfoot Inn & Casino in Calgary, Alberta. It is not the hotel's website and is not affiliated with Deerfoot Inn & Casino, GameHost Inc. or PURE Casino Entertainment. Contact: hello@deerfoottrailstays.com.

2. The guide

Information was checked against the sources named on each page, most recently on 31 October 2026. Hotels change hours, menus, prices and event dates without notice, and drive times depend on traffic and weather. Treat every figure as a planning figure and confirm anything important with the hotel before you set off. The verdict is an editorial opinion.

3. Room requests

  • A request is not a reservation. No room is held until the hotel or a booking partner confirms it.
  • The contract for a stay is between you and the hotel, or between you and the booking partner that completes the reservation. Their rates, deposit rules, cancellation terms and house rules apply.
  • The desk takes no payment and never asks for card details.
  • The desk may decline a request it cannot help with — a large group booking that belongs with the hotel's sales office, for example.
  • Requests must come from someone aged 18 or over, and the details given must be your own or those of people who agreed to share them.

4. Gambling

This site does not offer, arrange or promote gambling. The casino in the hotel is open to adults aged 18 and over under Alberta rules. Support is listed on the responsible gambling page.

Links to the hotel, Google Maps, the regulator and other sites are there for convenience. Those sites are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies, and this site does not answer for them.

6. Content and illustrations

The texts, tables and road schematic on this site were written and drawn for it. The pictures are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of the hotel. Hotel, casino and venue names belong to their owners and appear only to describe them. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome; copying whole pages is not.

7. Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, it is not liable for losses arising from information that later changed, from the way a hotel or partner handles a booking, or from services on third-party sites. Nothing here limits rights you hold under consumer protection law.

8. Changes

These terms may be revised, and the date below marks the current version. Last updated 1 November 2026. The privacy notice and funding disclosure form part of them.

Four fields are enough to start; the rest is optional. The desk checks availability and the current rate with the hotel's reservations or a booking partner and answers by email. This is a request, not a booking: no card details, nothing charged. If a request becomes a confirmed stay, the hotel or the booking partner pays this site a commission — how that works.
