Wild Horse Pub
The pub sits inside the hotel and runs an all-day menu from breakfast to dessert: shareable appetisers, mains and after-dinner options. The hotel lists a 55+ seniors menu on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Live entertainment runs on Friday and Saturday from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Reservations go by email to wildhorsereservations@dfic.ca.
The pub is also the hotel's sports room: the hotel advertises big screens for NFL games on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays during the season, and Calgary Stampeders game days.
Cactus Lounge
A smaller room with a light menu and a full bar. Karaoke runs every Friday and Saturday from 9 p.m. to close. The lounge is closed on Sundays. Reservations on (403) 723-4043, the same number as the Mohave Grill.
Sushi bar
Handmade sushi prepared in front of the guest, Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. only. Closed Sunday to Thursday. If sushi is the reason for the trip, the trip is on a weekend.
Island Bar
A bar in the centre of the casino floor, styled after the Scotiabank Saddledome, Calgary's long-time hockey arena. The hotel lists Sunday to Thursday from 3 p.m. until late and Friday and Saturday until 2 a.m. Because it is inside the casino, it is an adults-only space; Alberta casinos admit people aged 18 and over.
Wild Horse Café
A grab-and-go counter, open 9:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. according to the dining page. For a driver leaving early, the Mohave Grill opens earlier at 7 a.m.

Party packages and game days
The hotel advertises a Wild Horse Pub party package for birthdays and team outings, and runs special nights around major games. For Grey Cup Sunday, 15 November 2026, it lists an outdoor tailgate from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. (weather dependent) and a watch party in the Chrome Showroom with doors at 4:30 p.m. and kickoff at 5:00 p.m. Details and conditions are on the hotel's promotion page.
Getting back to the room
Every venue on this page is in the same building as the rooms. That is the hotel's strongest argument for an evening out on Barlow Trail: the walk home is a corridor.
